Policy, Research & Training Co-ordinator – FTC (10 months) Part Time (29 hours)
We are currently looking for a Policy, Research & Training Co-ordinator to join our Scotland Equate team based at Craiglockhart Campus in Edinburgh.

We are recognised as the national expert in gender equality throughout the STEM sectors and having just secured our Scottish Government funding for the next three years, we are pushing forward with our work, communicating with women, students, industry and legislators to delivery on our strategy.
The Role:
You will play a key role across the team. Responsible for Policy tracking and research that supports Equate Scotland’s work on gender equality in STEM. Working, and building relationships with policy groups, sector and industry partners. Working with the training team to ensure that our training and services are informed by best practice utilising current research and policy. Responsible for creating new delivery materials and delivering training, events and projects. Supporting the wider work within the Equate Scotland team as required.

Salary: £27,117 - £32,344 (Grade 4)
Scotland have secured funding from the Scottish Government for the next 3 years 2021-2024 via Inspiring Scotland and the contract operates on an annual basis
