Come and join us for our second Unconference*
* a participant-driven meeting that creates a space for peer-peer learning, collaboration, and creativity.
In 2023 we held our first Unconference, focused on the theme of Gearing up for Growth. We gathered 44 people in a room, leaders from very diverse organisations and industries alongside academics and psychologists to have great conversations. We loved it, they loved it, and we agreed to do it again.
We asked for people to sign up early if they wanted us to organsies another event. We are delighted that we have now sold enough tickets to confirm that the Unconference will be going ahead. We are really limiting numbers - we want to keep it small enough to have good conversations - and so please book early if you want to join us. Our theme this year (although open to influence from participants' suggestions) is 'Making difference work'. We will hear about aspects of individual differences e.g. gender, ethnicity, neurodiversity, or attitudes, but also about differences in cultures, timezones or even hybrid working. How do we make difference an enabler for individual and business success?
There will be contributions from the latest psychology research and from leaders who have already experimented and implemented innovative approaches. We will prioritise conversation over presentations, and it will be participant-led - we invite you to submit a question that you would like some ideas and answers to.
We encourage more than one person to attend from each organisation where possible (and are offering a reduced price for multiple tickets). It is easier to take learning and apply it back in your workplace when it can be done collaboratively.
