The Right-Wing Extremism Signs & Symbols session explores the iconography (signs & symbols) used by Right-Wing Extremist groups and influencers. The intended audience is front-line practitioners whose work routinely brings them into contact with people and publicly accessible locations which may be exploited by extremist influencers to spread extremism and/or promote terrorism. The session aims to;
• Increase practitioners’ understanding of Right-Wing Extremism and associated groups
• Increase practitioners’ awareness of and ability to identify Right-Wing Extremist Iconography (Signs & Symbols)
• Advise practitioners how to report (suspected) extremist material if encountered
