How to make your recruitment processes more inclusive (Code: C1583)

Luminate Education Group and Leeds Museums and Galleries are leading the way in making a difference to the lives of people with special education needs and disabilities (SEND). We will look into the current barriers learners with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) have when accessing employment and how the recruitment process can be adapted to make it more inclusive.

Leeds Museums and Galleries will share how they adapted their recruitment process to make it more inclusive and we will hear from current employees who have been through their new process.
